EPS's unique closed-cell structure allows almost total resistance to moisture & water vapor and will not rot or attract fungi or mildew. Also, EPS has a superior R-value, so it will insulate and keep heat or cooling inside a particular room.
NOTE: PLEASE test paints and glues before using them with all Polystyrene products. (Paints with rust inhibitor and glues with a high solvent content may melt Polystyrene.)
